Les ateliers Martron The whole of the contents (photographs, texts...) consultable on this site remains the exclusive property of the CDT Charente and Charente-Maritime and/or its partners, and raises of the French legislation on the royalty and the intellectual property. All the reproduction rights are reserved, including for the downloadable documents and the iconographic and photographic representations. Any extraction and/or reproduction of a substantial part of the information disseminated on the site are prohibited without the preliminary authorization of the Departmental Committees of Tourism of Charente and the Charente-Maritime and constitute a counterfeit sanctioned by the L.335-2 articles and following of the Code of the intellectual property. The code of the Intellectual Property specifies that it is necessary to quote the source or to ask the authorization of the author of the images. It does not play that within the framework of the respect of the royalty. As a creation of the spirit, the images (even screen printings) are thus protected by the royalty (Article L112-2-9 of the Code of Intellectual Property). The fact of reproducing or of representing, without authorization, the images, texts or documents is punishable on the civil level by a judgment with damages. These damages are calculated individually. These damages depend on the loss of earnings victim, undergone damage due to the denaturation in the way in which the site is presented and of the repercussions which the author of the site could have, in the way in which the image was proposed and of that that it could possibly report in financial term to the originator.
